Valentine’s Day can be such a fun holiday, whether you’re celebrating with your Gal’s and planning a Galentine’s Dinner, or you’re celebrating with your family and helping your kids feel special, or you’re celebrating with your special love. I love this holiday, and it may have something to do with all the pink and red. I wanted to share my Valentine’s Day Table with you to give you some ideas for your tablescape so you can celebrate those who you hold near and dear.
VALENTINE’S DAY TABLE IDEAS
I picked up these perfect pink roses at my Kroger floral department for this Valentines Day table. Can you believe they only cost $20? And I know I’ll be able to enjoy them over the next week! I also ordered these cupcakes in two flavors, strawberry and Vanilla bean. They are really perfect for Valentine’s Day! I found my pink macaroons at Home Goods of all places! And they are so yummy! Have you seen their gourmet foods department? It’s so great to find unique treats. I also found this fun string of metallic gold and pink heart garland there as well. When I shop at Home Goods I find so many good things for all things home!!
I used my gold and white china which is really so versatile. I use it at Christmas. I like to mix silver with it for New Year’s. I could use it at Thanksgiving with orange and brown details…there are just so many options. I found these pink lace-trimmed napkins at Pier 1. They are currently sold out and I now regret not getting extra so I have them on hand in the future. I love to use them at Easter and Mother’s Day as well.
Setting a Valentine’s Day table like this is really not that much effort. I keep all my tableware, linens, and accessories store in places around the house so I simply get it out and pull it all together. While our family dinners aren’t formal, I really enjoy setting a table and putting little details and touches that make it special. I also love teaching my kids how to sit respectfully at a table at an early age. It’s important to me that they understand how to eat in private or in public and I hope they’ll take that with them as they go out into this world!
I hope you have fun Valentine’s plans, no matter who you are celebrating with! I will have a fun party with my favorite friends, a dinner out with my husband, and you better believe I have a fun celebration planned for the kids. Happy Valentine’s Day!! Here is my gold and white china styled for Christmas to show you how different your look can be with different accessories!
